Michelle Gilbert

Michelle originally started out in sales and recruitment management. She then changed her career path and got into teaching.
She has over 20 years’ experience in teaching and supporting children, schools, and families with special educational needs. She has designed and implemented many strategies to help young people reach their desired goals/outcomes. Michelle has an honorary degree in Psychology.

Michelle is passionate about Jigsaw’s values and enjoys sharing such powerful resources with schools – helping her to continue making huge positive differences to young peoples lives through Jigsaw.
 
Michelle is a mum of two special needs teens and enjoys spending time with her family and watching movies.
