Annual Customer Survey Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to current Jigsaw PSHE or RE customer schools who complete the 2025 customer survey before 11:59pm on Friday 18 July 2025. Only one entry per school will be considered. To qualify for either incentive, survey respondents must choose to opt in by providing their school contact details at the end of the survey.

Prizes

Main Prize - One school will be randomly selected to receive a £500 cash prize. The prize will be transferred via BACS to the school’s nominated bank account.

Runner-up Prizes - The first 50 valid survey entries received (one per school) will each receive a £20 National Book Token.

Draw Process

The winner of the £500 prize will be selected at random using a fair and unbiased draw process after the survey closes.

The winners of the book tokens will be awarded to the first 50 respondents to the survey, who have opted in to leaving their details.

Winner Notification

All winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry by Wednesday 30 July 2025.

Entry Limits

Only one £20 book token will be awarded per school.

The £500 prize draw is limited to one school winner.

Duplicate entries or submissions with incomplete survey data will not be eligible.

Prize Fulfilment

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Book tokens will be sent electronically.

Data & Privacy

Survey responses will remain anonymous unless you choose to opt in to the prize draw.

Any personal details collected for the draw will be used solely for prize administration and will not be shared with third parties.
