Jigsaw - The Mindful Approach to PSHE

Teacher with Children.jpg

Jigsaw PSHE is a comprehensive, evidence-based curriculum programme that supports the personal, social, health, and emotional development of children aged 3 to 16 years.

With mindfulness at its core, Jigsaw helps children and young people build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and essential life skills, preparing them for success in school and beyond.

Our whole-school approach integrates PSHE with social-emotional learning (SEL), ensuring children not only learn important topics but also how to apply them. The spiral structure builds skills year by year, adapting to each child’s needs. Simply put, Jigsaw PSHE is more than a curriculum; it’s a tool that fosters a supportive, inclusive school environment for both children and staff.
