Mental Health Awareness Week

At Jigsaw, we believe that mental health isn’t just a week-long focus—it’s a vital part of whole-child education, and central to what we do every day. But Mental Health Awareness Week (12th–18th May 2025) is a brilliant opportunity to shine an even brighter light on emotional wellbeing across your whole school.

To support you, we have created a set of free, ready-to-use resources for both primary and secondary schools, designed to help you build connection, boost positivity, and make space for honest conversations in the classroom and beyond.

Whether you are already using Jigsaw PSHE or just looking for meaningful ways to get involved in the week, these resources will help spark engagement and promote mental wellness in a way that’s inclusive, age-appropriate, and impactful.
