Terms and Conditions

Promoter

The prize draw is organised and promoted by Jigsaw Education Group.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to schools that complete the Jigsaw Education Group Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey before the closing date.

Only one entry per school will be accepted.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and employed by the participating school.

Survey Closing Date

The survey will close at 11:59pm on 26th June 2026.

Any survey responses received after this date may not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.

How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, schools must:

  • Complete the annual customer satisfaction survey in full
  • Opt in to the prize draw at the end of the survey
  • Provide valid contact details when requested

Survey responses will remain anonymous. Any contact details submitted for the purpose of the prize draw will be stored separately from survey responses and will not be linked to individual feedback.

Prizes

£500 Cash Prize

One participating school will be selected at random to receive a £500 cash prize.

The prize will be paid directly to the winning school via bank transfer or alternative agreed payment method.

The prize is intended for school use.

£20 National Book Tokens

The first 50 eligible schools to complete the survey will receive one £20 National Book Token per school.

Tokens are limited to one per school and are available while supplies last.

Winner Selection and Notification

The £500 prize draw winner will be selected at random during the week commencing 6th July 2026.

Winning schools will be notified within 5 working days of the draw and notified via email using the contact details provided during entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Jigsaw Education Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Data Protection

Survey responses will be treated anonymously unless participants choose to provide contact details for the prize draw.

Any personal data collected for the purposes of administering the prize draw will only be used in relation to the survey and prize administration and will be processed in accordance with Jigsaw Education Group’s Privacy Policy.

General

Jigsaw Education Group reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

By entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
