Inter Faith Week 2026
For Inter Faith Week, we’ve created FREE downloadable resources!
Inter Faith Week 2026 runs from 8th-15th November. This year’s theme is ‘Lighting the Way for a Shared Future’.
Our newly-created resources show our dedication to empowering young people to reflect on both their own worldviews and those of others, and to support each other in building positive, inclusive communities.
What’s included
Below is an overview of our free resources.
- Assemblies for primary and secondary: Three assemblies with themes of Festivals of Light (EYFS & KS1), Enlightenment (KS2) and Inspirational People (KS3)
- Activities for students: Activity sheets for KS2 and KS3 linked to inspiring words and people. Light bulb celebration worksheet where students of all ages can use words or pictures to share their hopes for our shared future. Teacher guide to our multi-faith quotations about light and suggestions for exploring these in school.
- Display resources: Including display lettering and quotations about light from a range of religious and non-religious worldviews.
- Book List: Suggested books for primary classrooms. In line with the theme ‘Lighting the Way for a Shared Future’, these include books that explore festivals of light, role models who can inspire us and reflections on how to make the world better for everyone in it.
