Join our Jigsaw webinar ‘Inclusion Strategy Sorted: how Jigsaw fits in’, led by Becky Peckham (Training Co-ordinator and Programme Lead for Jigsaw Families) & Laura Gregory-White (SEND Lead and Midlands Regional Advisor).
From June 2026, every mainstream school in England received ring-fenced funding through the Inclusive Mainstream Fund, and in exchange must publish a statutory inclusion strategy by 31st December 2026. In this session, Becky and Laura will talk through what schools need to do and how much of it you’re already doing.
We’ll explore:
- What is the inclusion strategy?
- What are the common barriers to learning and participation that a whole-school PSHE programme can help to address?
- How does your Jigsaw subscription align with the DfE’s seven principles of inclusion?
- How can you ensure your subscription is working hard enough to support your inclusion strategy?
Whether you’re just starting to draft your strategy or want to check you’re using your subscription to its full potential, this session will help you write it with confidence, using what you already have. You will also be sent a full mapping document to support your work.
Who should attend: SENCOs, PSHE Leads, senior leadership teams, and anyone responsible for their school’s inclusion strategy.
